Positions
SalesQuarters focuses on A-positions. Roles that are crucial for growth, where the difference between 'good' and 'very good' is significant (making thorough selection worthwhile). We primarily do this for executives, but we also scout the sales leaders of the future. This approach is unique and complementary, but—more importantly—it adds value for our clients and candidates. By identifying talent early on, we provide clients not just a static snapshot, but a more insightful moving picture of experienced executives. At the same time, our career advice for young talent is driven by daily experiences with executives.

Sales Director
Head of Sales
The Head of Sales provides day-to-day operational leadership of the sales team: coaching, forecasting, and results management at team level. This is often the first leadership step in a sales career — and precisely for that reason, crucial to select carefully.
Commercial Director
The Commercial Director carries broad commercial responsibility — often sales as well as marketing, customer success, or e-commerce — without the full C-level status of a CCO. At owner-managed and family businesses, this is often the leader who oversees the entire commercial column.
Business Development Director
The Business Development Director has a different mandate than the Sales Director: not managing the existing customer base, but tapping into new markets, customers, or channels. Precisely the instrument needed for expansion, new products, or new sales channels.
General Manager (GM)
The General Manager (GM) carries full end-to-end responsibility for the business — commercial, operational, and financial — often the most senior role below the owner, shareholders, or supervisory board. Getting this hire wrong doesn't just affect one team or department; it affects the continuity of the entire company.
