Pisitta Vongswasdi

Pisitta is an expert in leadership development, learning, training, diversity, and mindfulness for managers. She studied Economics (Chulalongkorn University), Sociology (Oxford University), and earned her PhD in leadership development (Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University). In the past, she was a research associate at INSEAD (Singapore) and a visiting researcher at the Experiential Leadership Development Lab at the Virginia Darden School of Business (USA). Currently, she is affiliated with WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany).
